Our targets are selected based on the Managing Partners’ (i) investment philosophy, (ii) operating and execution experience, and (iii) network reach. Catapult’s investment size is $10M to $100M+ in equity capital. Our target investments are typically profitable, or nearly profitable, and are past the venture stage of their lifecycle.

Process

We are a private equity firm that focuses on “special situations” middle-market transactions, primarily in Internet, consumer, and technology companies. We work closely with our management teams to develop value creation strategies that typically include distribution, operational improvements, and/or strategic repositioning.

Team

Catapult’s partners have (i) advised and executed on some of the largest tech transactions, (ii) invested in start-ups and late-stage businesses, (iii) been leaders and operators of companies, and (iv) founded and sold businesses as principals. Our execution has a unique perspective because it is rooted in our own experience as executives, owners, and operators – not just deal-makers.
